1. Scope
This policy covers https://cloudclinic.health. Cloud Clinic OS at app.cloudclinic.health is a separate environment and may need its own authentication and storage technologies, which must be described in its specific notice.
2. What these technologies are
Cookies are small files a website may store in your browser. Local or session storage can keep information on your device using mechanisms other than a cookie. Pixels and tags are resources or instructions that may communicate browsing information to a server.

Our technical review of the code and public HTML on October 16, 2026 did not identify first-party landing-page cookies, persistent language-selector storage, or Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager tags. The initial homepage response contained no Set-Cookie headers.
This observation does not mean that no technical information is processed: a page or image request may communicate the IP address, requested URL, and connection information to the provider delivering it. It is also not a guarantee about every future version, infrastructure configuration, or external resource you choose to open.

If we introduce analytics, advertising, embedded content, or other optional technologies, we will update this policy and provide legally required choices before using them. Where consent is required, browsing or closing a notice will not activate them.
The reviewed version has no cookie preference panel. This policy does not claim that an unimplemented rejection or configuration button exists. Publishing this page also does not install or activate an advertising pixel.
5. Browser controls
