1. Scope
These terms describe the conditions for using https://cloudclinic.health and its public business information channels. If you represent a practice or business when requesting a proposal or service, you must be authorized to do so.
Professional services and a Cloud Clinic OS subscription require the commercial terms, scope, and authorizations specifically agreed upon. These website terms do not replace a services contract, data processing agreement, or BAA. In a conflict, the specific agreement governs the subject it addresses, subject to applicable law.
2. What Cloud Clinic offers
Cloud Clinic presents administrative and operational support solutions for healthcare organizations and the Cloud Clinic OS software. Website information helps visitors learn about these solutions and request business contact.
The website does not provide medical consultations or, by itself, create a doctor-patient relationship. Administrative support, software tools, and AI features do not replace a healthcare professional's judgment. For a medical emergency, contact emergency services in your location; in the United States, call 911.
3. Published information and demonstrations
We aim to keep information clear and current. Descriptions, images, screenshots, and demonstrations are informational; feature availability may depend on the plan, configuration, integration, country, or a specific agreement.
A feature described as a pilot, in development, or subject to configuration is not automatically included or enabled. We do not guarantee clinical outcomes, insurer approval, revenue growth, or a service level that has not been expressly agreed upon.
4. Inquiries and communications
Provide accurate information and share only information you have the right to disclose. A contact, demonstration, or proposal request permits us to address that request using the details provided; it does not accept a paid subscription or authorize unlimited campaigns.
Do not use business forms to submit patient information, credentials, sensitive documents, or urgent requests. Promotional communication preferences are handled under the Privacy Policy and channel-specific notices. Any authorizations required for calls, SMS, or automated systems will be requested separately where applicable.
5. Cloud Clinic OS free trials
Where you are expressly granted a 14-day no-card demo, its period starts when the practice is created and ends at the date and time stated during onboarding. The invitation allows the administrator to set their own password.
That demo requires no payment card and creates no automatic charge at its end. Expiration may block service access. Continuing on a paid plan requires a separate commercial agreement; a demo does not guarantee renewal or extension.
Expiration does not mean immediate deletion of all information. Return, retention, or deletion is governed by the relevant contract and applicable law. Do not use a demo for real clinical information before completing the required agreements, authorizations, and configuration.
6. Contracting and payments
Prices, taxes, included services, periods, renewals, and cancellation or refund conditions must appear in the accepted proposal or contracting process. Submitting a form or browsing the website does not authorize a charge.
These terms do not establish automatic renewal or a blanket non-refundable-payment policy. Any such condition must be specifically and validly disclosed before contracting, respecting applicable non-waivable rights.
7. Permitted use
You may browse the website and use its information to evaluate our services. You must not:
- Impersonate someone, submit misleading information, or provide information without authorization.
- Attempt to access accounts, practices, information, or systems without permission.
- Introduce malware, circumvent security controls, or interfere with the website.
- Send spam, engage in unlawful activity, or improperly collect information about others.
- Reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without authorization or an applicable legal exception.
We may take proportionate measures to prevent abuse or protect systems. Suspension or termination of a contracted service is governed by its specific agreement and applicable law.
8. Accounts, practices, and integrations
A practice administrator is responsible for authorizing personnel and managing access within available permissions and applicable agreements. No user should attempt to access another practice's information.
Third-party tools connected by a practice may have their own terms, costs, and authorization requirements. Connecting a tool does not, by itself, establish its suitability for health information. Integrations and support access must respect confidentiality and the relevant contractual framework.
9. Intellectual property
Website trademarks, designs, text, and other content belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. Browsing does not transfer ownership. References to external products or providers do not imply an affiliation, endorsement, or certification unless expressly stated.
A practice's information or documents do not become Cloud Clinic's property simply because they are uploaded. Processing and use permissions are determined by the services agreement and the practice's lawful instructions.
10. Privacy, health, and artificial intelligence
Consult the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for website-related information handling. Patient care and clinical records are subject to the practice's duties and specific agreements.
Where AI or transcription features are enabled, the responsible professional must review their output before using it in clinical decisions or documents. These terms do not authorize recording, prescriptions, record transmission, or assistant actions on patient information without the required permissions and validations.
11. External websites and availability
The website may link to third-party social networks, resources, or services. Those parties apply their own terms and policies. Review them before providing information or purchasing their services.
We may perform maintenance or make reasonable website changes. Availability of the informational website is not a software availability commitment; service commitments must be expressly agreed upon.
12. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, general website information is provided without additional warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not assume responsibility for decisions based solely on general content without considering individual circumstances or obtaining professional advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or changes expressly assumed contractual obligations concerning data protection, confidentiality, security, or services. These terms do not limit non-waivable rights or seek to excuse fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence where law prohibits it.
13. Applicable law and disagreements
These website terms are interpreted under Florida law and applicable United States federal law, without depriving you of mandatory protections applicable in another jurisdiction.
To report an issue or disagreement, contact admin@cloudclinic.health and we will seek to address it. This contact procedure does not impose mandatory arbitration, a class action waiver, or an exclusive court that has not been validly agreed upon.
14. Updates and contact
We may update these terms to reflect website changes or legal requirements, publishing the relevant version and date. Changes do not retroactively alter accepted contracts or replace specific acceptance required by law.
